Start Date: 2/17/25  Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

Blondie’s Treehouse Inc. install’s exterior gardens and design/build projects in very high-end locations in the New York City and Tri-State area.  We are looking for an individual to join our Exterior Installation + Service Department in a full time capacity. Candidate must be reliable, knowledgeable, and able to conduct themselves in a professional manner.  Our image as a company is extremely important to us.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Understand the job responsibilities for each day and prepare accordingly.
  • Carefully load and unload the truck with tools and equipment for the day’s assignment.
  • Maintain tools and tool inventory. Be sure that all tools return to warehouse at the end of the day, and are offloaded from the vehicle as a complete set.
  • Understand our responsibilities for a job.
  • Install plants efficiently, with design consideration in mind, as directed by our paperwork, site evaluation, and the Operation Manager.
  • Water all exterior instillations before leaving site.
  • Leave instillation broom clean.
  • Return paperwork at the end of each day signed off on with crew names, date, and truck used.
  • Proper attire to be worn at all times. This includes a company logo shirt or jacket, work pants, and boots. No baseball caps permitted.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Highly Professional
  • Reliable
  • Read & Write in English
  • 30hr OSHA & 40hr SST Card
  • Construction Experience – Masonry, Electrical, Mechanical, and Carpentry knowledge is a PLUS!
  • Irrigation Experience is a PLUS!
  • Lighting Experience is a PLUS!
  • Clean Driving Record – CDL is a Plus!
  • Knowledge of Landscaping, Annuals, Perennials, Grasses, Trees, and Shrubs.
