 Compensation: $27-$30/hour

We are looking for an individual to join our Team as an exterior landscape installations/maintenance foreman in a full-time capacity. Candidate must be reliable, knowledgeable, have experience and able to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Our image as a company is extremely important to us.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Understand the job responsibilities for each day and prepare crews accordingly.
  • Schedule and monitor crews daily through tracking software.
  • Carefully oversee the loading and unloading of trucks with tools and equipment for the day’s assignment.
  • Operate landscape equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure Crews are operating efficiently.
  • Train crew members on proper techniques for planting, pruning, edging, and other landscaping tasks.
  • Manage all phases of landscape installation and projects.
  • Execute planting plans as per architectural drawings.
  • Install plants efficiently.
  • Ability to quantify material effectively, procure materials, work within budgets and time constraints.
  • Complete projects from conception to completion.
  • Manage crews in a way that achieves maximum productivity.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Highly Professional
  • Degree/Certificate in Horticulture/Plant Science a Plus!
  • Reliable
  • Must be Bilingual
  • Clean Driving Record – CDL is a Plus!
  • Knowledge of Landscaping, Annuals, Perennials, Grasses, Trees, and Shrubs Required.
  • Proper care of plant material and maintenance is required.
  • 5 plus years of experience in landscape.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
