Compensation: $20 - $25 / hour (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities/Duties
- Build rooftop gardens and green roofs with the highest standards of quality.
- Take part in weekly, monthly and annual safety & training programs.
- Our office and shop are located in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn accessible via the L train and our projects are located primarily in the 5 boroughs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Construction and / or Landscape trade experience – Minimum 1 year
- 30 hour OSHA certificate (will train the right candidate)
- Interest in plants and green infrastructure
- A clean driving record and ability to drive a truck in NYC
- Physical endurance to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs, climb stairs and endure inclement weather.
Preferred
- NYC SST 40-hour certification
- Horticulture/Landscape experience
- Green roof experience
- Carpentry, Masonry, Plumbing/ Irrigation or similar experience
