Start Date: April 1 Compensation: $20-$30/hr DOE

Small woman-owned gardening firm based in Brooklyn, NY looking for an experienced gardener on an as needed basis for the 2025 Season.

We have fun and work hard with an acute attention to detail. Sense of humor a must!

Must have previous experience installing and maintaining plants in an urban setting.
Have an artist’s eye
Be able to lift and carry plant material and soil carefully through client homes
Knowledge of pruning/deadheading/plant pests
Able to work independently or on a team to carry out days tasks
Willingness to learn and interest in ornamental and native plants
Ability to communicate and listen clearly
