PLAN it WILD is a sustainable and ecological landscaping business that transforms metropolitan landscapes, public and private, across the region by restoring their natural habitats. Our designs and our process is underscored by science, both existing literature and our own measurement system called Wildr™. With our focus on the restoration of suburban landscapes, which has traditionally been marginal in conservation efforts, we’re trailblazing a new approach to landscape design to convert yards, campuses, commercial, and public spaces into beautiful native habitat.

We're seeking an ambitious Design Director to join our executive team and help drive our bold mission: rewilding 60 million acres of private land across America.
