The annual Grand Holiday Illumination, this year 12/9/22-1/1/23 will wind down the season. Opening night is 12/9 at 5:30. After that it's open every evening, free, no reservations required, from 4:30-8 pm. The Walled Garden will be blanketed with many thousands of beautiful holiday lights, multicultural holiday music will be playing, and free hot cocoa will be served.
It's a great New Year's Eve celebration for all, especially for families with small children.  And it's early enough in the evening that you can come and be wowed and then go off to other New Year's Eve festivities.
