MCNARGS Spring Plant Sale

MCNARGS, the NYC based chapter of the North American Rock Garden Society, is holding its annual Spring Plant Sale on May 11, from 10 AM - 1 PM. The sale is open to the public.

LOCATION - The Park Slope Center for Successful Aging at All Saints Church, 7th St. and 7^th Avenue, Brooklyn, entrance at 463A 7^th Street, just west of 7^th Ave.

DIRECTIONS: two blocks from the 7^th Ave. F/G subway station in Park Slope, a short bus ride or walk from the 4^th Ave/9 St. R station or via the 7th Ave B67 or B69 buses from Flatbush Avenue and the 7^th Ave Q/B station. Parking is available at street meters or in the (expensive) Hospital parking facility on 6^th Street between 7^th and 8^th Aves.

This year’s sale features hundreds of plants for sun and shade - perennials, natives, grasses, ferns, groundcovers, vines, annuals, succulents and houseplants as well as rock garden specialties. Plants are grown by members or purchased from select vendors including Lindera/Gowanus and Arrowhead Alpines. Any avid plant enthusiast will find something of interest in this sale.
