Natural Companions: Inspiring combinations with plants that grow together—culturally and aesthetically—and bloom at the same time.

Founding member of Metro Hort, Ken Druse introduces his 18th book to professional designers and gardeners with recipes for plantings, and which can be used as a swatch book to show clients. Ken’s goal has also been to attempt to “bring back books” with this stunning new publication. Along with his garden photographs, Ken is presenting selected plants in images with unique depth and clarity, created on an oversized flatbed scanner with artist Ellen Hoverkamp.

Ken Druse was called “the guru of natural gardening” in the New York Times. He is an award-winning photographer and author, and has contributed to nearly every gardening and decorating magazine. He is best known for his books in which Anne Raver called “bibles for serious gardeners.” Ken can also be found on his podcast and public radio show “Ken Druse Real Dirt,” available at www.kendruse.com, iTunes, and on the home page of Organic Gardening magazine.
