He will cover the planning, construction, mechanical issues, ease of maintenance, planting and ecological effects of water garden design and installation. Anthony Archer Wills started his aquatic nursery and pond construction business in the 1960s. He is the author of three books on water garden design and has worked in Europe, Asia, North and South America.
