A Visit to Grounds for Sculpture and Pleasant Run Nursery, New Jersey
Grounds for Sculpture, Hamilton, NJ, is a 42 acre sculpture park and arboretum designed by Brian Carey. He has been developing the 42 acre site (formerly the New Jersey State Fairgrounds and now comprising 4,000 trees and shrubs and 150 sculptures) for 20 years. Brian will conduct the tour.
Pleasant Run Nursery, Allentown NJ. Richard and Heidi Hesselein's wholesale nursery, started in 1998, features unusual woody ornamentals, perennials, ferns and grasses. Heidi will show us around.
